Topivo

How to play

8-ball. Break, then take solids (1–7) or stripes (9–15): the first ball you pocket after the break decides. Clear your group, then pocket the 8 in the pocket you call.

Legal shot: hit one of your balls first, then pocket a ball or send any ball to a cushion. On an open table any ball but the 8 may come first.

Fouls (a scratch, the wrong ball first, no cushion, a dry break, the clock) give the other player the cue ball in hand anywhere. The 8 too early, with a foul or in the wrong pocket loses the frame.

Aim: drag on the table (on a phone the drag turns the cue, so you can work away from the ball). Shoot: pull the power bar and let go, or drag back from behind the cue ball. Spin: set where the tip meets the cue ball. Fine aim: the ridged roller or the mouse wheel. With ball in hand, drag the cue ball.

How to play

Break, then pot your group: solids (1–7) or stripes (9–15), decided by the first ball legally potted. Clear your group, then call a pocket and sink the 8 to win the frame.

The rules

Real physics

Balls move in exact steps with sliding and rolling friction, so draw and follow bend the path, side spin changes cushion angles, and a hard break spreads the rack like a real one. The server simulates every shot and every browser replays it identically.
