Duelia: a duel of silhouettes against the sky
Duelia is a free real-time fighting game for the browser. Two ink-black fighters face each other against huge skies: the fairy chimneys of a red valley at sunset, a salt lake as still as a mirror, a stone bridge under a full moon with lanterns rising, a summit in a thunderstorm. Choose a sabre, a staff, twin daggers or a mace, read your rival and win the rounds. Play friends by invite link, or practise against a bot, in English or Turkish.

How to play
Walk with A and D, jump with W, crouch with S; tap a direction twice to dash in or step back. J is a light strike that chains into three (four with daggers); K is a heavy one. The stick turns them into a lunge, an overhead leap, a rising anti-air cut, a launcher, a low poke or a sweep. Hold away from your rival, or hold L, to guard; press L just before a blow lands to parry it and leave the striker open. U throws, through any guard.
Weapons and rules
- The sabre is quick and even; the staff reaches furthest; the daggers are fastest and chain four cuts; the mace breaks guards and shrugs off a blow mid-swing.
- Blows given and taken fill your meter. When it shines, unleash your weapon’s special: a crescent dash, a whirlwind, a shadow step or a quake.
- Highs pass over a crouch, lows must be guarded low and overheads standing. Guarding wears your guard bar down; when it breaks, you are dazed.
- Knock your rival out, or have more health when the clock runs out. First to two rounds wins the duel.
Friends, bots and parties
Open a room and send the link. With two people it is a duel; with three or more the winner stays on and the others queue, first to three bouts. Bots read your range, guard, punish what you miss and mix up their attacks, at easy, normal or hard. Duelia is also a round in wleeaf Play parties.

It is a silhouette fighting game in that spirit, with its own fighters, weapons, stages, sounds and code, and it runs in the browser.
Can I play on a phone?
Yes, on its side or upright: a stick on the left and buttons for light, heavy, guard, grab and special on the right.
